You need to see a doctor, and admit to yourself that you have a mental
illness, undoubtedly paranoid schizophrenia. With treatment, you have
an excellent chance of realizing your belief that you are being spied
upon is just a delusion, so you can get on with your life. If you fail
to see a doctor there is a good chance your disease will worsen to the
point where you will have to be hospitalized against your will...it
would be wise to avoid that.
